Commodity Markets Council urges the CFTC to block Kalshi's WTI oil perpetual

The Commodity Markets Council, whose members include CME, NYMEX and ICE Futures US, urged the CFTC to withhold approval of Kalshi's WTI oil perpetual (WTIPERP), warning that oil perps threaten market integrity. Kalshi filed the contract on 20 October: 100 barrels, cash-settled, referenced to the two nearest NYMEX WTI futures, with daily funding and no weekend trading. It cannot trade unless the CFTC approves it.

Kalshi confirms it is developing US inflation futures

Kalshi confirmed it is building exchange-traded futures on US CPI and core CPI, giving dated inflation exposure that institutions now get through privately negotiated swaps. A December start has been reported, but Kalshi has not said when trading will begin. Its existing CPI event contracts only pay out on whether a print crosses a threshold.

  1. My Funded FuturesMy Funded Futures help center
My Funded Futures redesigns its Pro plan with smaller sim-funded limits and a $100,000 payout cap

New Pro Sim-Funded accounts trade up to 3, 6 or 9 minis (50K, 100K and 150K), and payouts are capped at $100,000 per user, with profit above that forfeited. Live accounts now start at a $0 balance with an end-of-day trailing max loss of $2,000, $3,000 or $4,500, and Sim-Funded profit is held in a Reserve while you trade live. Accounts on the old Pro products keep every old rule. My Funded Futures on our hub →

Lucid Trading sets a 40% consistency limit on LucidFlex evaluations, or 50% as a paid add-on

A LucidFlex evaluation now passes only when the largest single day is 40% or less of total profit, or 50% with an add-on bought at checkout. Buyers also choose the daily loss limit on or off: with it on, the evaluation costs less and funded accounts can request payouts during the session. Settings can't be changed after purchase, and the consistency limit applies to evaluations only. Lucid Trading on our hub →

  3. Top One FuturesTop One Futures help center
Top One Futures adds a No Daily Loss Limit option to Elite ACCESS

Elite ACCESS buyers can now remove the daily loss limit at checkout. The evaluation price stays the same, but the activation fee, paid after passing, is about 30% higher. The option can only be picked at the first checkout, not at activation or on a reset. Top One Futures on our hub →
